This wonderful guest house is located on the farm Palmietfontein, a few minutes drive 12km outside Colesberg on N9 in the Upper Karoo. It will be a restful stop with fresh air, blue skies and stars brighter than ever at night combined with the beauty of a sunrise and sunset over the hills on the horizon.

Your options are, to stay in a Family Suites or Double Rooms.

The Family Suite offers comfortable double & twin single beds. One room has an en-suite bathroom while the other shares a bathroom.  The double Rooms have comfortable double or twin beds and share the bathroom. Tee  & coffee facilities available and electric blankets for that chilly winter nights. Meals can be provided on request. Normally our guests will relax in our swimming pool and after cooling down enjoy strolling through the garden and experience the farm life. You will be able to braai and to enjoy the night under the stars. There is safe parking available.

The legendary people of South Africa's diamond industry are linked to Colesberg town. Boasting with several national monuments including the Colesberg Kemper Museum and surrounded by rocky hills Colesberg has a lot to offer. You will see Coleskop before you see Colesberg. Near this little town you will find the Doornkloof Nature Reserve and the Karoo Ostrich Farm.

We have no restaurant but we do serve meals on request.
